※ Any case of payment that is not related to or Involved with the above, We reserve the right to refuse your order.
※ We reserve the right to refuse your order if we suspect the order is fraudulent.
Types of Merchandise
AYNRU provides two types of merchandise on the shelf.
Digital merch : Non-Fungible Token as artworks
Physical merch : Clothes, accessories, etc.
Digital Merch
What is Non-Fungible Token?
A non-fungible token (NFT) is a unique digital identifier that is recorded on a blockchain and is used to certify ownership and authenticity. It cannot be copied, substituted, or subdivided.
The ownership of an NFT is recorded in the blockchain and can be transferred by the owner, allowing NFTs to be sold and traded. NFTs can represent almost anything, from art, to memberships, to in-game items, and serve as a digital record of ownership.
How to buy NFT?
To buy AYNRU NFTs there are a few things to understand.
First, you’ll need to set up a crypto wallet. A crypto wallet is a program that stores your NFTs and cryptocurrency. Different wallets support different blockchains, and not all wallets support NFTs for example
- Metamask (Ethereum, Polygon, Klaytn) (recommended) or
- Coinbase Wallet (Ethereum, Polygon, Klaytn)
※ There are more crypto wallets available for different blockchains please, do your own research and understand the risks of using it. The crypto wallet is operated by a third party. AYNRU does not own that crypto wallet application.
Next is to understand the word “Minting”. Minting an NFT is the process of writing a digital item to the blockchain. This establishes its immutable record of authenticity and ownership. When you mint an NFT from a project, you’re the owner of that NFT, since the mint is when it’s written to the blockchain.
※ Please know that each NFT Marketplace has a different method of buying and selling NFTs please do the research and understand how to use that platform carefully. The NFT marketplace platform is operated by a third party. AYNRU does not own those NFT marketplace platforms.
Let’s get back to the topic of how to buy NFTs.
Step 1: Decide where to buy your NFT
ANRU is available on 3 Platforms (as of now)
Step 2: Connect your crypto wallet
If you haven’t already connected and set up your crypto wallet, you’ll be prompted to do so during this step. You can also sign up and create a self-custodied wallet on the NFT marketplace platform.
Step 3: Choose your payment method
Next, you’ll be prompted to choose if you’d like to pay with crypto or some NFT marketplace will have pay with a card as a choice.
Step 4: Review fees
Please note that your total may exceed the NFT’s listed price due to network (gas) fees and potential card processing charges. Gas fees are a standard blockchain transaction cost that fluctuates based on network congestion. AYNRU does not retain any portion of these fees.
Step 5: Enter your payment information in case you pay with a credit card
Follow the prompts and enter your information to complete your purchase. If this is your first time purchasing with a card, you may be asked to verify your identity.
Step 6: Your purchase is complete!
Once you’ve entered all your necessary information and clicked “Pay”, your NFT purchase is officially complete and has been written to the blockchain. After a few seconds, your NFT should be visible in your wallet.

Payment Policy
We gladly accept payments via debit and credit card. To ensure a secure and reliable transaction, we utilize Stripe, a leading third-party payment gateway.

We’ve chosen Stripe to handle your payments because:

- Convenience: Stripe supports a wide range of card types, making it easy for you to pay.

By using Stripe, we can focus on providing you with the best possible products and services, while leaving the complexities of payment processing to the experts.
Billing Information
Please ensure your billing information is accurate to avoid delays in processing.
Payment Confirmation
We use your name on billing details as a card holder name. Make sure your name is correct.
You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails, please contact your bank or card issuer for assistance. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Policy
Orders
First, we AYNRU want to be clear that our products are made-to-order. We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.
Tracking Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at ([email protected])
Delivery time
- Normally shipped within 7-14 business days after your order was fulfilled(Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order). Delivery times are estimated and might differ based on location and the amount of orders to proceed. In some countries, this might take up to 30 business days.
- Your order should be fulfilled within 7 days after the order confirmation is sent usually. This process might take longer when we receive a high volume of orders.
- Some products might be made to order which take a longer time to prepare and deliver. We will inform you once the products are ready to ship.
- We work diligently with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, unforeseen events may occasionally impact delivery schedules. We appreciate your patience and understanding should such circumstances occur.
Shipping costs
A detailed breakdown of shipping costs, calculated based on the order’s weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method, will be provided at checkout for the customer’s review prior to order confirmation.
Customs Duty
Orders may be subjected to Customs Duty and additional fees may be charged when the order enters the country of destination. These additional fees are not in our control
and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
In case THE PRODUCT is NOT ARRIVE ON TIME
“My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?”
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at ([email protected]) with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, please understand that we AYNRU will not take any responsibility for your mistake. This means we will not refund or send you a replacement order.
Return and Exchange
By default, we do not accept returns and exchanges in cases of :
- Customer’s reasons (placing the wrong item or size ordered, etc.). Please check the instructions on the product page including the size chart and other important information provided before you checkout.
- The wrong item (caused by the customer placing the wrong item or, the wrong size, etc.) is delivered. Please make sure you ordered the correct items before you checkout.
We will accept returns or exchanges if the wrong or damaged item is delivered (caused by us).
Please, contact us ([email protected]) with photos of the wrong/damaged item(s) if your order meets the criteria. Keep in mind that the whole item(s) should be visible in the image. We’ll take a look and get in touch with you about the next steps.
Once we accepted the case. We will accept returns and exchanges if the original item is returned to us within 7 days after the delivery.
We will issue a refund if we no longer have the same product you wish to exchange in stock.
Please be aware that we do not accept any returns if the item(s) are not returned to us within 7 days of the delivery. This includes the unopened item(s).
We can’t accept returns (refunds) or exchanges of products that fall under the following items, even within 7 days :
(1) Products that have been used even once
(2) Products that have been defaced or damaged due to the customer’s negligence
(3) Products that have been customized, repaired, or cleaned by the customer.
(4) Product packaging that has been defaced, damaged, lost, or destroyed.
※Customers will be in charge of shipping fees to return products that meet the return criteria.
※Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
※ Due to the nature of viewing on a computer or mobile device, the product image may differ slightly from the actual color depending on the user’s viewing environment. Please note that the color of the image will not be treated as a defect of the AYNRU online store.
Refund
- Any issues caused by us as mentioned above will fully refund for any issues caused by us such as the wrong items are received.
- Customer convenience exchange or return. A replacement shipping fee, bank fee, and correct payment fee will be on you. In case we refund, this fee will be deducted from the total refund value.
